How long does business registration take? +
The actual business registration is typically completed within 1-2 weeks. With our support, we expedite the process and ensure all documents are submitted correctly. Depending on your city, it may even be faster.
Do I need a tax advisor? +
For starting out, a tax advisor is not strictly required, especially if you’re starting as a small business owner. However, we recommend consulting a tax advisor once you reach an annual revenue of €20,000. We’re happy to recommend trusted partners.
What is the difference between UG and GmbH? +
A UG (haftungsbeschränkt) can be founded with as little as €1 share capital, while a GmbH requires at least €25,000. The UG is often the better choice for starting out, as it offers the same limited liability protection. During our consultation, we’ll determine which legal form is best suited for your needs.
What does Business Automation mean? +
Business Automation means allowing recurring tasks to run automatically – such as automatic invoice generation, email sequences for new customers, appointment scheduling, or CRM updates. This saves you time and allows you to focus on what matters most.
Can I upgrade later? +
Yes, absolutely! You can upgrade from a smaller package to a larger one at any time. Already paid amounts will be credited proportionally. Many of our clients start with the Starter Package and later expand to automation services.
How does the collaboration work? +
After your booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire and we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting. Then we begin implementation – you’ll be informed about every step. Communication happens via email or video calls, depending on your needs.
