I’m Damian — founder of StartMit, an AI automation consultancy in Regensburg, Germany. I build n8n workflows, AI agents, chatbots and business integrations for small and mid-sized businesses across the DACH region.
I started StartMit because I kept watching SMBs get burned by the same pattern: expensive tools, half-finished integrations, and “AI strategies” that died the moment the consultant left. So I work differently — I build things that run, show you the real numbers, and tell you honestly when something isn’t worth automating.
Day to day, that means automating lead capture and qualification, connecting CRMs to everything else, building customer-support chatbots that actually resolve tickets, and wiring AI into existing platforms without ripping them out.
